I got completely freaked out yesterday for a good half-hour and that was because of her :

She's Jennifer from the equally-titled 4th epiode of Masters of Horror. Directed by Dario Argento, it's probably the best piece of horrific cinema I have seen in years. What's even more probable is that she's the creepiest creature I have ever saw since the girl in the exorcist. I haven't seen much of it but it's the best episode so far.
