We are buying a house. And it's not like it's easy to buy a house in England. It's very expensive first and that puts you off quite a bit. Then it's a lot of paper, phone calls, hassle, headaches and stress. Why ? I can't see any other reason than the first problem: the price!
We visited the house for the third time this week end and it's great. The best news is that the wall between the kitchen and the living room is not supporting, so that means it will come down quite early I think. The bad news: there is a radiator on each side of the wall. That means involving a plumber if my dad can't deal with that.
But that's later. I will get in touch with the sollicitors tomorrow and see how it will go.
